I am a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at Brigham Young University with an emphasis in bioinformatics and high performance computing. My research interests span the areas of bioinformatics/computational biology and high performance computing. In general, I am interested in algorithms for medically relevant applications. I have specific interests in multiple sequence alignment, phylogeny search and biological networks.

I expect to graduate in the summer of 2008.
