PathGen - Pathway Generation Tool
The PathGen project allows users to input source and destination genes and query the shortest path between them in KEGG and other pathway databases. The output displays the graph of the connections and allows the user to see source database information by clicking on nodes or edges in the graph.
The tool can be accessed via psoda4.cs.byu.edu/pathgen/pathgen.cgi.
